The Red River Athletic Conference recently announced the All-Conference teams along with the Players and Coach of the Year following the conclusion of the regular season. A&M-San Antonio finished the season in the first round of the RRAC Women's Soccer Tournament. The Jaguars finished with a record of (9-4-3, 6-3-2 RRAC) and locked up the sixth and final seed of the regular season standings to advance to the playoffs.

Jaguars Claim Final Spot in RRAC Women’s Soccer Tournament

Following Saturday's 0-0 draw with Our Lady of the Lake University, the women's soccer team claimed the sixth and final spot in the Red River Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament. This is a history feat as it is the first time in the two history of the program that the women have made the tournament. In the RRAC Women's Soccer Preseason Poll, the Jaguars were selected to finish 10th out of 12 teams.

Heading into today's match, the Jaguars were fourth in the conference and today's win will keep the Tigers at the top of the standings as conference playoffs approach.
