Women's Basketball Adds Schwenke to Staff
San Antonio, TX – Texas A&M University-San Antonio has hired Laramie Schwenke as the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. Schwenke joins Head Coach Chris Minner's staff after spending the last three seasons as the Associate Head Women's Basketball Coach at Williston State College in North Dakota.

Schwenke played basketball at Montanna State University Northern (NAIA) and was a multi-time all-conference and all-American selectee. Her coaching career began as an assistant coach and Sports Information Director at her alma mater from 2012 to 2014. After leaving Northern, she became the head girl's coach for basketball at Harlem High School in Harlem, MT. Following three successful seasons at Harlem High, Schwenke became a graduate assistant at Idaho State University, and she served in that capacity for five seasons. Prior to her arrival at Williston State Schwenke returned to Harlem High School where she served as the Athletic Director and was the head coach for the girls' basketball team.
