Bio

Timothy Moody joined Texas A&M University–San Antonio as the women’s head soccer  coach in August 2024, bringing more than two decades of collegiate coaching experience.  In his inaugural season, the Jaguars went 6-6-1 in Red River Athletic Conference play,  earning a first-round tournament appearance, one All-Conference selection, and multiple  team and individual honors, including the RRAC Champions of Character and  Sportsmanship Awards. His team achieved a 3.13 GPA and completed over 100 hours of  community service. Before A&M-San Antonio, Moody led Roger Williams University for 12  seasons, amassing 160 wins, five conference championships and five NCAA Tournament  appearances, including a Sweet 16 run in 2014. He also held head coaching roles at SUNY  Potsdam, Keuka College, and New England College, consistently building competitive and  academically successful programs. He began his coaching and teaching career in Oxford,  England, where he served as a PE teacher and athletic director. A graduate of Brunel  University in London, Moody holds a B.Sc. in education with qualified teacher status.
